Hey - I have some comments on the new size 4ww boots - I've tried fitting them 2 horses that the width was correct for, but they ended up not being wide enough in the heel.....both horses had beautiful feet, so nothing obviously wonky. Who should I email for this feedback? Is it possible to cutback the sidewalls on the boot to provide room in the heel in the width is correct? Just curious :)
